VELOURA orders are prepared with care inside protective packaging and shipped in a secure, unbranded outer package. Courier labels contain only information required for delivery.
Product names are not printed prominently on the outer package. If a parcel appears opened or materially tampered with, ask the courier to record the issue and contact info@velourasmc.com.
