Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available when shown at checkout and may require order confirmation.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders are prepared in protective packaging and shipped in a secure, unbranded outer package.
How long does delivery take?
Our target is 3–5 working days after confirmation. Remote areas and courier disruptions can require more time.
Can intimate products be exchanged?
Eligible unworn items with tags, packaging and hygiene seals intact can be considered within the stated exchange period. Panties, briefs, opened multipacks and products with broken hygiene seals are excluded unless defective or incorrect.
