Delivery estimate
Our target is 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Remote areas, public holidays, weather, security conditions, courier disruption and incomplete address details can require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Address and phone details
Provide a complete Pakistan address and an active phone number. The courier may contact you to complete delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only when displayed at checkout and may require phone or message confirmation. Payment is due to the courier at delivery.
Tracking and privacy
Tracking is shared after dispatch when available. Orders use secure, unbranded outer packaging; the courier label contains information required for delivery.
