Terms of service
These terms apply when you access the VELOURA online store or place an order.
Products and demo content
We aim to present product information, colours, sizing and prices accurately. Screen settings and temporary concept imagery can affect appearance. Content identified as demo or concept material is provided for storefront testing and is not a final merchandise specification until approved.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may confirm a Cash on Delivery order and may cancel or correct an order affected by unavailable stock, an evident pricing error, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. Captured eligible amounts are refunded when an order cannot be accepted.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, use the store lawfully, and review sizing, care, delivery and hygiene information before ordering.
Policies and rights
The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy pages form part of these terms. Hygiene restrictions apply subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
VELOURA names, branding, text, graphics and store design may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
