Fitting room
A 30-second check for a better fit.
Put on the bra, move naturally, and use these four checks to understand what feels supportive and what may need adjusting.
Fit check
Look for comfort, not perfection.
The right fit should stay steady while you breathe, sit, walk, and lift your arms.
- 01Band stays level
The band should sit comfortably around the body without riding up or digging in.
- 02Cups contain gently
Look for smooth coverage without spilling, cutting in, or visible gaps.
- 03Straps stay relaxed
Adjust until they support without slipping or leaving pressure marks on the shoulders.
- 04Center rests flat
For wired styles, the center should rest comfortably against the chest without poking.
If something feels off
Start with the sign, then try the fix.
The band rides up
Try a smaller band or adjust the hooks. The band provides most of the support, so it should stay level.
The cups spill over
Try a larger cup while keeping the band steady. Check that all tissue is comfortably inside the cup.
The cups gape
Try a smaller cup or a different cup shape. Lightly lined and flexible styles can behave differently.
The wire or straps pinch
Loosen the straps first. If pressure remains, compare a different size or a wireless style with softer support.
