Returns and exchanges

Eligible size exchanges

Contact info@velourasmc.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags, original packaging and hygiene seals intact. Exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

Hygiene exclusions

For hygiene reasons, panties and briefs, opened multipacks, worn or washed items, and intimate products with a removed, opened or damaged hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Incorrect or defective items

Report an incorrect, damaged or defective item within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. If verified, VELOURA will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund and cover the approved return-delivery cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued after inspection. Allow 7–10 working days after approval for processing; banks and payment providers may require additional time. Cash on Delivery refunds use a mutually agreed method.

Do not send an item without return instructions.
